At Mixing and Mastering Plugins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio production tools. If a digital license remains unregistered or a hardware component is defective, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Ensure your software license has not been activated or registered, as activated digital products are ineligible for return due to licensing restrictions.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and specific instructions for your product type.

• 3.
  Deactivation and Return

  For hardware, securely package the item in its original box; for software, our team will verify the deactivation of any trial or cloud-based licenses associated with your account.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the status of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
